\n* Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive pleadings and memoranda.\n
\n* Experience in legal drafting for various documents such as motions, discovery requests, contracts or settlement agreements.\n
\n* Familiarity with legal administrative processes including case management systems and court procedures.\n
\n* Exceptional negotiation skills to advocate effectively on behalf of clients in settlement discussions or mediations.\n
\n* Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.\n
