Key Responsibilities:- Perform both minor and major surgical procedures.
- Prevent, diagnose, and treat a wide array of OB/GYN conditions.
- Provide leadership and oversight to medical staff, including nurses, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants, ensuring compliance with established procedures and protocols.
- Support the enhancement of technology to improve quality and patient experience while maintaining clinical standards.
- Conduct patient examinations, gather medical histories, and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Actively engage in internal quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with team members to implement proactive enhancements.
- Primarily focus on outpatient care in the Maternal-Fetal Medicine role, with some inpatient consultations.
- Work Monday through Friday in 8-hour shifts, supported by a highly skilled clinical team.
- Manage high-volume ultrasound services, including interpreting fetal echocardiograms, first-trimester screenings, fetal anatomical surveys, and performing amniocentesis (CVS experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Interpret antenatal assessments, including NST and biophysical profiles.
- Board certified in General Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Board Certified or Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
- Previous experience in a Maternal-Fetal Medicine role is preferred.
- Active Medical License in Maryland, Virginia, or DC is strongly preferred.

Annual Compensation Range: $325,000 - $475,000, depending on years of experience.
