In your role as a Registered Nurse with a focus on Medical-Surgical care, you will be essential in assessing, planning, executing, and evaluating tailored patient care. You will lead the patient care team, ensuring that the highest standards of care are upheld during your shifts.

• Evaluate and monitor patient conditions, applying suitable interventions as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to create and implement personalized care plans.
• Provide clinical leadership and direction to the patient care team.
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant setting.
• Current Illinois nursing license is mandatory.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA must be obtained within 30 days of starting.
• Availability for weekend shifts every other weekend is required.
