This position provides a unique chance to lead a well-established program with a robust referral network and to contribute to the ongoing development of comprehensive cancer services.

We are dedicated to the growth of our cancer program and fostering academic partnerships. As a Planetree organization, our mission is to personalize, humanize, and simplify the healthcare experience for patients and their families. Our organization collaborates formally with a leading cancer center, offering access to virtual second opinions, cutting-edge clinical trials, and the latest evidence-based practices in cancer care. Additionally, we are a major teaching affiliate of a prestigious medical college, hosting residency programs in various specialties including Obstetrics and Gynecology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and General Surgery.

Position Overview

The selected candidate will join a program that has historically relied on contracted rotating gynecologic oncologists and will transition to a full-time, institutionally supported gynecologic oncology service. We anticipate recruiting a second gynecologic oncologist in line with the opening of our new Cancer Center in 2028. On-site medical oncologists will provide chemotherapy services, and our organization utilizes the EPIC EMR system.
