Concrete Foreman: Travel / Northeast $26 - $30

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to oversee and actively perform Concrete commercial projects nationwide. This is a hands-on, working lead position, responsible for both leading the crew and executing the work in the field. This full-time role requires extensive travel (approximately 7075%), with all travel expenses fully covered. A valid drivers license is required. Pay is $26-$30 BOE

Roles and Responsibilities of the Concrete Crew Lead:

• Serve as a working lead, directing crew members while actively performing concrete and epoxy work on-site
\n
• Lead projects from mobilization through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence
\n
• Perform surface preparation activities including grinding, etching, and cleaning
\n
• Set up, manage, and remove concrete forms
\n
• Mix, pour, and finish concrete and epoxy materials in accordance with project specifications
\n
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide practical solutions to keep projects moving efficiently
\n

Requirements for the Concrete Crew Lead:

• Preferred experience in concrete work and/or epoxy flooring systems
\n
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project needs
\n
• Strong working knowledge of general concrete trade practices
\n
• Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality, accurate work
\n
• Proven problem-solving and leadership skills
\n
• Valid drivers license (required)
\n
