Assoc. Attorney

Hardin Thompson PC seeks an Assoc. Attorney in Pittsburgh, PA to navigate complex legal issues; conduct legal research & analysis; prepare, review, & file legal documents; draft pleadings, motions, appeals, & discovery document; depositions, mediations, & arbitrations; assist in trial preparation & execution; collaborate with Sr. Attorneys to develop case theories & arguments; continuously maintain knowledge of changes in laws, regulations, & legal trends to provide informed legal advice; supervise activities of other legal personnel; & negotiate settlements & contracts on behalf of clients. Must have

JD from an accredited law school, licensed in PA & in good standing, 2 yrs of exp in litigation, motions, & other hearings in front of court, expected to bill min of 2000 hrs per yr, experience with depositions & mediations.
