Call Center Banking Specialist (On-Site) Location: Rio Rancho, NM Type: Direct Hire (Full-Time) Pay: $27.00/hour Position Overview We’re hiring Call Center Banking Specialists to support customers by answering inquiries, identifying financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking products and solutions. This is an in-office role (no remote work). Schedule Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Ongoing schedule: Must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
