Position Overview

We are in search of a committed and talented Dental Hygienist to enhance our vibrant dental team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering outstanding patient care, ensuring infection control, and upholding the highest standards of dental hygiene.

This role demands a strong dedication to patient education and comfort, while effectively utilizing advanced dental technologies such as Eaglesoft and Dexis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive dental cleanings and examinations while following aseptic protocols.
  • Review documentation to guarantee accurate patient records and treatment plans.
  • Inform patients about oral hygiene practices and the significance of regular dental check-ups.
  • Assist in implementing infection control measures within the dental practice.
  • Work collaboratively with dentists and other team members to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Utilize dental software systems (Eaglesoft, Dexis) for scheduling, record management, and treatment planning.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilized.
Qualifications
  • Current state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
  • Experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledgeable in infection control practices and aseptic techniques.
  • Familiar with documentation review processes in a dental setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient comfort and care.
  • Able to work effectively within a team while also being self-driven.
Working Conditions

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling options. Our practice hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM. No weekend shifts required.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay ranges from $50 to $60, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
