TechServe Alliance Insurance Services is the insurance arm of the national trade association for the IT and engineering staffing industry — a $40B+ sector at the heart of the U.S. technology workforce. We work exclusively with staffing and technology solutions firms, and our clients — owners, CFOs, operations leads — expect real expertise, not policy administration.

Our team is lean and high-performing. We value autonomy and expertise over bureaucracy, and this role has a genuine influence over how we grow.

• Manage a dedicated book of commercial lines accounts and serve as trusted advisor to client leadership.

• Lead the full renewal cycle — submissions, market negotiation, proposals, and binding.

• Conduct coverage reviews with a focus on workers' comp, professional liability, and EPLI — and catch problems before clients ever see them.

• Drive retention and growth through proactive service, cross-sell opportunities, and partnership with leadership on new business.

• Active P&C license (required)

• Ability to independently manage multi-line accounts

• The knack for explaining coverage to non-insurance people — clearly, without jargon

• Agency management system proficiency (AMS360 a significant plus)

Training included. You don't need to know the staffing industry on day one — we'll teach you our niche, our markets, and our systems.

Bonus points (none are dealbreakers): staffing industry experience, CIC/CISR or similar designation, trade association background, or genuine interest in automation and AI-assisted workflows.

• $40,000–$60,000, based on qualifications
