Key Responsibilities

• Assess residents' mobility and functional capabilities.
• Create tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to boost strength, balance, safety, and overall quality of life.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff, caregivers, and family members.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress in line with regulatory requirements.
• Provide education to residents on fall prevention strategies and home exercise routines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid physical therapy license.
• Experience in geriatric care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
