We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours weekly) for our Pleasant View Center situated in Concord, NH. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduates to apply.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $112,320 to $128,960, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
  • Collaborating with other medical providers within the center.
  • Working alongside Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Advanced Practice Provider role must meet the following criteria:

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing program.
  • Licensure as a registered nurse and certification as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
  • For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
  • In states where permitted, APRNs must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA, and PAs must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice.

Salary Range: USD $112,320.00 - USD $128,960.00 per year.
