HVAC Service Technician (Residential & Light Commercial)

What Youll Do: As a lead technician, you will independently handle residential and light commercial service, diagnostics, and repairs. Youll be the face of Dick's Heating in the field, providing excellent communication to our customers while cooperating seamlessly with our internal dispatcher and team.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM.

• Occasional 7:00 AM starts and potential for overtime during peak busy seasons.

• Participation in a fair, rotating weekend on-call schedule.

What Were Looking For (Experience is Key): We are specifically looking for an established professional for this hiring round. To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of verified HVAC service and repair experience is required.

• Licensing: Must possess a valid WA State driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Physical: Ability to safely lift up to 80 lbs.

• Professionalism: Consistent and reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
