Physician Assistant - Critical Care Nights - $10,000 Starting Bonus
Job Description
Become a part of a cohesive and established team consisting of 14 Physicians and 11 Advanced Practice Providers. This position involves working the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, providing essential coverage for the Critical Care unit at our medical center.
CompensationWe offer a competitive base salary along with a shift differential to recognize your commitment and expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care in the Critical Care unit.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during their stay.
- A minimum of two years of inpatient experience.
- At least five years of experience in critical care nursing.
- Possession of an active NP license in Iowa and board certification is mandatory.
- Receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
- Annual CME allowance of $3,000.
- Employer-sponsored professional liability and tail coverage.
- Eligibility for benefits starting on your first day.
- Participate in a 403B plan with employer matching contributions.
