Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join to join our group at FPN Obstetrics & Gynecology Lafayette located in Lafayette, Indiana, with satellite offices in Crawfordsville and Rensselaer. Interested candidate will be joining a large and knowledgeable group comprised of 12 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers. Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

• Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

• Flexible full-time schedule
\n
• Average patient volume: 20 30 patients per day
\n
• Will provide in-patient coverage for deliveries
\n
• Call rotation: 1:6
\n
• Maternal Fetal Medicine Provider On-Site
