Role Overview

Join our healthcare organization as a Registered Nurse with a focus on the Operating Room. In this vital position, you will deliver outstanding care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Your skills will be essential in ensuring efficient operations within the outpatient surgery center, with opportunities to assist in the main OR as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room.
• Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to guarantee patient safety and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Float to the main OR as required.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive patient records utilizing EPIC.
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Current licensure from the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the Operating Room.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with EPIC is mandatory.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are preferred.
