Our practice is thriving, with 8,000 active patients and approximately 100 new patients joining each month across 12 modern operatories. Our established systems facilitate a smooth transition for new providers, enabling you to concentrate on delivering outstanding clinical care from day one.

Our mentorship program is both structured and accessible. Dr. Kaplansky holds monthly case review meetings where associates can present their cases for collaborative discussion. Additionally, he is available daily to provide guidance and address questions as they arise. A key advantage of our practice is our advanced in-house laboratory, staffed by three dedicated technicians and equipped with two five-axis CAD/CAM mills and two 3D printers. This setup allows for immediate feedback on professional growth, enabling associates to work closely with technicians to refine their preparations and restorations in real time.

• Provide high-quality restorative dentistry to a loyal patient base of 8,000 active patients.

• Collaborate with in-house lab technicians on CAD/CAM restorative workflows.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: 35% of collections with a daily guarantee of $1,000. All in-house lab work is fully covered by the practice, with no lab fees incurred by the associate. The compensation range reflects estimated annual earnings based on collections, with final earnings dependent on patient volume, clinical productivity, and procedure mix.
