Electronics TechnicianLocation: Coventry, Ansty ParkHours: 37.5 hours / Permanent Day shiftSalary: £42,000 - £43,800Are you an experienced Electronics Technician who thrives on fault-finding, precision repair, and working on safety-critical systems?We're looking for a skilled Electronics Technician to join a high-performing aerospace team, supporting the repair and overhaul of advanced electronic components used in aircraft braking systems.The RoleThis is a hands-on, technical position where you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, testing, and certifying electronic assemblies and units to the highest aerospace standards.You'll play a key role in ensuring components are safe, compliant, and ready to return to service - work that directly impacts aircraft performance and passenger safety.What You'll Be DoingFault-finding and repairing electronic assemblies and sub-assembliesDisassembling, inspecting, and rebuilding complex unitsReplacing and repairing electronic componentsTesting products using a range of specialist equipmentWorking from engineering drawings, schematics, and manualsEnsuring all work meets strict quality and regulatory standardsMaintaining full traceability and accurate documentationSupporting continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing environmentWhat We're Looking ForYou'll likely already be working in a similar environment, such as aerospace, defence, rail, or high-reliability electronics manufacturing.Essential:HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical/Electronic EngineeringProven experience in electronics repair within a manufacturing or MRO environmentStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsAbility to read and interpret schematics and engineering drawingsExperience using electronic test and inspection equipmentIf you are an experienced Electronics Technician and are looking to join a leading aerospace organisation where quality, precision and technical expertise are highly valued, we would be keen to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
