As we scale our portfolio, we're looking for a driven and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join the team. For the right applicant, there is a genuine opportunity to progress within the business as we continue to grow.The RoleThis is a full end-to-end lettings role. You will be responsible for generating and converting leads, booking and conducting viewings, qualifying applicants, and getting deals over the line. Once a tenancy is agreed, you will hand over to our tenancy progression team.In addition to lettings, you will carry out property inspections, inventories, check-ins, and check-outs across our managed portfolio.Please note: This role involves a significant amount of driving to appointments across the North West on a daily basis using your own vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed at the standard HMRC rate.
