We cant offer a CoS for this roleYou havePassion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing settingLevel 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)Experience assessing referrals and coordinating supportThe ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approachStronger togetherWe do our best work when were ourselves.
