Technical Machine Operator

Technical operatorStaffline are looking to speak with experienced, Multi-skilled Technical Machine OperatorsThe purpose of the role is to ensure reliable and efficient running of the automated conveyors and machines. As an experienced Technical Machine operator, you will be the first line response for breakdowns and work with the National Technical Dept to ensure that the installation is regularly maintained.Shift Pattern4on 4off, Night shiftIn your new role as a Multi-Skilled Technician:Monitor the machines runningEnsuring the machine is running at peak efficiency to achieve KPIsEnsuring all minor issues are resolved as quickly as possible to minimse downtimePlanned / Preventative MaintenanceWork with the National Technician to lead the planning of regular maintenanceExecute the maintenance plans of the technical installation, working with pumps and motorsContribute recommendations for improvements of the washing installation including decreasing costs, consumption, increasing efficiency and working safelyAlign with the depot management to ensure minimal disruption to operationSolve failures on the installation within agreed KPI'sFollow up and record all repairs, breakdowns, and downtimeTraining of Shift Leaders to ensure adequate absence coverHealth and SafetyAll colleagues are responsible for the Health and Safety of themselves and others.Identify and report potential hazards.Safe use of chemicals.To be considered for this role:Experience working and maintaining automated machinery and conveyorsA relevant qualification, Electrical, MechanicalExperience in pneumatic systems (desirable).Computer literacy and strong IT skills.Ability to read technical diagrams, drawings, and manuals.Understanding of production planning and processes.Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and face-to-face).Ability to analyse data and solve technical problems.Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.In addition to your salary, our customer has excellent benefits:Birthday Celebration Day off4% employer pension contributionPrivate medical insuranceLife Assurance death in service benefits (4x annual salary)For further information, please apply!TPBN1_UKTJ
