Maintenance supervisor- Building Services (Electrical or Mechanical) Location: LeedsSalary: £41,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pmOn-Call: 1 in 8 phone call rotaWe're recruiting for an experienced Building Services Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider based in Leeds .This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically or mechanically qualified engineer who has experience leading small teams and is looking to take the next step in their career. You'll play a key role in maintaining a busy commercial site, supporting engineers, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.The Role Working as part of the site maintenance team, you'll be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of building services while providing day-to-day support and guidance to a small team of engineers.
