Electromechanical Fitter/Assembler

Fitter/Assembler Required!Our client is a leading UK-based manufacturer of specialist sterilisation solutions, serving a variety of professional, research, and clinical sectors worldwide.On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an experienced Fitter/Assembler. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, repairing, refurbishing, and preparing equipment.Package:Salary £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE)25 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany pension schemeEarly finish FridaysWorking hours Monday - Thursday 8am till 5pm and Fridays 8am till 1pmFitter/Assembler - Responsibilities:Actively participate in workshop activities including assembly, rework and testing of equipmentEnsure all work is completed to specification, on time, and to required quality standardsEnsure compliance with company quality standards and requirementsMaintain strict adherence to health & safety procedures across all workshop activitiesCarry out quality inspections and checksCoordinate effectively with engineering, service, and production teams to meet deadlinesFitter/Assembler - Requirements:Time-served engineer or qualified to HNC/HNDStrong experience in mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly and build environments, including pipework assembly, brazing, and solderingThe successful candidate will be required to supply their own standard hand tools for routine daily work.
