The roleAt Atlas Workplace Services, we are looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our team supporting a prestigious client site in Oxfordshire. This is a varied, hands-on position where you will play an important role in delivering high-quality facilities services and supporting the day-to-day operation of the site.Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will assist with post room activities, porterage, and general maintenance tasks, as well as providing support to the hard services team, particularly fabric engineers. What youll be doingYou will support the smooth running of the site by:Delivering a consistently high standard of customer serviceSupporting post room operations, including handling incoming and outgoing deliveriesProviding porterage and stores support, ensuring items are safely and efficiently moved around siteCompleting and maintaining documentation in line with site processesManaging reactive work requests through the CAFM system, ensuring tasks are completed in line with KPIs and SLAsCarrying out general maintenance activities including basic repairs, painting and decorating, and other fabric tasksAssisting with room setups, furniture movements, and layout changesSupporting site waste management processes and ensuring correct handling and disposalIdentifying and reporting maintenance issues to the HelpdeskMonitoring stock levels and requesting replenishment where requiredResponding promptly to changes in site requirements or incidentsFollowing all health and safety, fire, and compliance proceduresSupporting the wider team with additional reasonable requests when needed? Minimum qualifications, certifications and trainingGCSE in English and Maths, or equivalentDriving License?
