Delivery Team Trainer - LincolnHelp newEvricouriers get startedwithlocal support!WerehiringFixed TermDelivery Team Trainer'sat our Lincoln Delivery Unit to help new self-employed couriers feel confident from Day 1.This role is ideal ifyourelocal to Lincoln , confident using smartphone appsandenjoy helping people.Pay: £28000-£32000 plus benefitsLocation: LincolnHours: Full-time hoursany 5 days over 7Monday to SundayStart date:Immediate startsthrough to Jan 2027Contract:Fixed term,full timecontracts.Whatyoulldoas a Delivery Team TrainerYoullbe the friendly face who helps new couriers get off to a strong start.Welcome new self-employed couriers when they arrive at the Delivery Unit.Help them set up and use the courier delivery app.Show them how to scan,loadand prepare for their first deliveries.Introduce them to key local contacts, including theEVRiBusiness PartnerandTerritory Manager.Support Day 1 onboarding and answer practical questions.Help organise a manageable first parcel load so new couriers can build confidence.Act as a positive coach and support person during the onboarding experience.Youdontneed courier experience if you have the right attitude and confidence with people.This could suit you if you have experience in:Customer service,retailor hospitality.Warehouse,logisticsor delivery environments.Training, coaching,mentoringor team support.Helping people use apps,phonesor workplace systems.Local part-time work where reliability matters.Youllneed to be:Confident using smartphones and apps.Friendly,patientand clear when explaining thing s.Organised and able to support more than one person at a time.Reliable and able to attend the Delivery Unit at agreed times.Comfortable in a fast-moving operational environment.Local to Lincoln or able to travel there easily.What we offerTraining and guidance before you support new couriers.A practical, people-focused role where no two days are the same.Valuable experience in onboarding, coaching,operationsandlogistics.The chance to make a visible difference to new courier confidence and Day 1 success.Every successful courier starts somewhere,andyou'llbe the person helping them take that first step.
