Modern Workplace Principal ConsultantExcellent opportunity for an experienced Modern Workplace Principal Consultant to join a growing Microsoft Solutions Partner delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform and Copilot solutions.* Permanent, full-time position with a mix of pre-sales, consultancy, solution design and project delivery responsibilities.* Ideal for candidates with strong Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform expertise who enjoy engaging with customers, leading workshops and shaping technical solutions.Who is the client?Our client is a leading Microsoft consultancy specialising in Modern Workplace, Digital Transformation and Cloud Solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Modern Workplace Principal Consultant to support both their sales and delivery functions, helping customers maximise the value of Microsoft technologies.What will you be doing?This is a customer-facing role where you'll be responsible for leading discovery workshops, shaping technical solutions, supporting pre-sales engagements and overseeing the successful delivery of Microsoft Modern Workplace projects.Key responsibilities include:Leading technical discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.* Demonstrating the capabilities of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Purview and Copilot solutions.* Gathering business and technical requirements and translating them into solution designs.* Producing Scope of Works, technical documentation, proposals and tender responses.* Acting as the technical lead during pre-sales engagements.* Designing and delivering Modern Workplace solutions aligned to customer objectives.* Collaborating with sales, project delivery and technical teams.* Presenting technical solutions to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.* Supporting customer adoption and training initiatives.* Keeping up to date with Microsoft technologies, best practice and emerging trends.What will you need?Proven experience in a Modern Workplace, SharePoint, Power Platform or Principal Consultant role.* Strong expertise across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform.* Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements and producing solution designs.* Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.* Strong proposal writing and technical documentation experience.* Experience supporting pre-sales activities and customer engagements.* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.Technical Skills - EssentialSharePoint Online administration, configuration and governance.* Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse.* Microsoft Teams and wider Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.* SharePoint migrations and migration tooling.* SharePoint automation and PowerShell scripting.* Solution architecture and technical design.* Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity technologies.Technical Skills - DesirableMicrosoft Purview.* Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.* SharePoint Framework (SPFx).* Azure services and integrations.* Microsoft certifications across Modern Workplace or Power Platform.* Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes.Personal AttributesCommercially aware and customer-focused.* Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.* Passionate about Microsoft technologies and innovation.* Comfortable leading multiple engagements simultaneously.* Proactive, self-motivated and consultative in approach.The PackageOpportunity to work with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies.* Involvement in large-scale Modern Workplace and Digital Transformation projects.* Collaborative and highly skilled technical environment.* Ongoing professional development and certification support.* Clear progression opportunities within a growing consultancy.KEY SKILLS - Modern Workplace Consultant, Principal Consultant, Microsoft 365, M365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Purview, Copilot, Solution Architecture, Digital Transformation, Pre-Sales, Consultancy, Microsoft Technologies.TPBN1_UKTJ
