About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and commercially focused HR Manager to join our clients team and lead the delivery of a proactive, professional HR service across our Burnley and Speke operations.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional looking to further develop their career within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial environment. Working closely with site leadership teams, you will play a key role in shaping people strategies that support operational excellence, employee engagement, workforce development and organisational performance.As HR Manager, you will provide expert guidance on all aspects of employee relations, people management and employment legislation while ensuring HR policies, procedures and best practices are consistently applied across both sites.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver a high-quality HR service across multiple sites.Partner with operational leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.Manage complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance management cases.Coach, support and develop managers to enhance leadership and people management capability.Support workforce planning, talent development, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.Drive organisational change and continuous improvement projects.Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, company policies and HR best practice.Monitor HR metrics including absence management, workforce trends and employee performance.Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of HR policies, procedures and systems.Support health, safety, wellbeing and employee engagement activities across the business.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will be a confident HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and experience supporting operational teams within manufacturing, engineering, logistics or industrial environments.Essential RequirementsCIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years' experience in a Senior HR Advisor or similar HR leadership role.Extensive experience managing complex employee relations cases.Proven ability to coach and influence managers at all levels.Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law and HR best practice.Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, logistics or industrial sectors.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.Strong organisational, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.DesirableExperience leading HR projects or business improvement initiatives.Additional HR, employment law or management qualifications.Mediation certification or training.What's on Offer?Competitive salary tailored to your experience and expertise.Opportunity to influence and shape people strategy across multiple sites.Career development within a growing and progressive business.A varied and challenging role where you can make a real impact.Supportive leadership team and collaborative working environment.Working HoursMonday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)37.5 hours per weekThis is a fully office-based position.If you're a passionate HR professional looking for your next challenge and want to play a key role in driving people performance across a successful manufacturing operation, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
