You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team of Employment Lawyers providing expert advice to a diverse client base. The vacancy has arisen due to positive changes in the firm, offering significant scope for career advancement, including potential leadership.Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
\n
• Handling tribunal claims, settlement agreements, contracts, policies and procedures
\n
• Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input
\n
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
\n

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 - years PQE in Employment Law
\n
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
\n
• Excellent communication and client care skills
\n
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
\n
