Role: Sales Account Manager

Location: Guildford

Hours: Full-time

Pay: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Account Manager to join one of our excellent clients, a fast-growing distributor based in Guildford.

This role focuses on developing existing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and maximising account value within a fast-paced commercial environment.

The Requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• Strong organisational and time management skills
\n
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
\n
• Comfortable analysing data and identifying sales opportunities
\n
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
\n
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
\n
• Previous sales or account management experience beneficial but not essential
\n

The Role

• Build and develop relationships with existing customers
\n
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
\n
• Analyse buying patterns and customer data
\n
• Proactively contact customers to maximise account growth
\n
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, support and operations teams
\n
• Maintain excellent customer service and account management standards
\n
• Support revenue growth through effective account development
\n
