Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive Exeter
\nWho will you join?

- Very successful & thriving law firm & private wealth department \n
- An established multi-site team with national and international reach \n
- Work alongside inspiring & well-respected partners & colleagues \n
What will you do?
\n- \n
- This is a broad private client role to include: \n
- Drafting tax and succession advice, trusts, wills and LPAs \n
- Probate & estate administration \n
- Give advice to individuals, entrepreneurs, land owners, farmers & the independently wealthy (& their advisors) \n
- Often advise multiple generations of families \n
- Provide succession advice for those with businesses, including tax advice where appropriate \n
- Be on hand to mentor and supervise more junior lawyers in the team \n
- Those with specialisms they want to continue will be welcomed \n
What will you need?
\n- \n
- At least 5 years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive \n
- Private client experience \n
- Ideally some exposure to high-net-worth clients (not essential) \n
- Ideally some managerial experience \n
- Candidates from smaller law firms WILL be considered \n
