The role

As an Employment Solicitor, you'll advise employer clients on a broad range of workplace issues and support them through day-to-day employment law challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on workplace disputes and employee relations matters
\n
• Supporting clients through restructuring and redundancy exercises
\n
• Providing advice on TUPE and business reorganisation projects
\n
• Drafting employment contracts, policies and workplace documentation
\n
• Assisting with Employment Tribunal proceedings
\n
• Delivering client training and employment law updates
\n
• Working closely with partners and colleagues across the wider team
\n
• Contributing to business development and client engagement activities
\n

About you

This role would suit an Employment Solicitor who:

• Has 2–5 years' PQE in employment law
\n
• Is confident handling both contentious and non-contentious matters
\n
• Has experience advising employer clients on a range of employment issues
\n
• Demonstrates excellent communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• Can effectively manage client expectations, deadlines and competing priorities
\n
• Takes a commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
\n
• Is keen to contribute to the continued growth of a successful team
\n
