Payroll Specialist
\nLondon (City) | Hybrid | Part-Time FTC
\nA leading financial services organisation is looking for an experienced payroll professional to join its HR team on a part-time, fixed-term basis.
\nThe Role
\nYou will act as the SME for payroll and benefits, managing end-to-end delivery across UK and offshore entities. This includes working closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth, compliant and accurate payroll and benefits processes.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Oversee and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance \n
- Manage payroll reporting, HMRC requirements and reconciliations \n
- Act as the main contact for payroll and benefits queries \n
- Administer benefits and pension schemes, including renewals and enrolment \n
- Manage provider relationships and ensure data integrity across systems \n
- Support audits, regulatory requirements, and international assignments \n
About You
\n- \n
- Strong UK payroll experience (ADP or similar preferred) \n
- Advanced Excel skills (incl. pivot tables) \n
- Experience with benefits and pension administration \n
- Knowledge of flexible benefits platforms desirable \n
- Detail-oriented, proactive and strong stakeholder manager \n
