Finance Manager

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working closely with the wider business and taking ownership of the day-to-day finance function.The Role Reporting into the senior finance team, you’ll take ownership of the transactional finance function whilst also supporting with management accounts and month-end processes. This role would suit an experienced Finance Manager or strong Senior Accountant who enjoys a varied role and is comfortable being hands-on.Key Responsibilities\n

• Taking ownership of the day-to-day transactional finance processes
\n
• Overseeing purchase ledger, sales ledger and reconciliations
\n
• Supporting with month-end processes and management accounts preparation
\n
• Assisting with reporting, journals and financial analysis
\n
• Reviewing processes and identifying areas for improvement
\n
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and supporting the wider business
\n

Desirable Skills & Experience\n

\n
• Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Assistant Finance Manager or strong Senior Accountant
\n
• Strong transactional finance background with experience supporting management accounts
\n
• Good understanding of month-end processes and reconciliations
\n
• Confident working autonomously and taking ownership of a finance function
\n
• A proactive and hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
\n
