• Deliver Tailored Support: Provide responsive, person-centred assistance to individuals with complex needs, struggling with drug and alcohol misuse, helping them achieve positive outcomes and independence.

• Foster Collaboration: Build open and trusting relationships with customers, colleagues, and partner agencies to ensure seamless and comprehensive support.
\n
• Promote Participation: Encourage individuals to engage in social, educational and employment opportunities, preventing isolation and promoting self-determination.
\n
• Manage Risks Effectively: Conduct thorough risk assessments and maintain professional boundaries, ensuring health, safety and compliance with safeguarding policies.

• Have experience of risk assessing and risk management.
\n
