- Deliver Tailored Support: Provide responsive, person-centred assistance to individuals with complex needs, struggling with drug and alcohol misuse, helping them achieve positive outcomes and independence. \n
- Foster Collaboration: Build open and trusting relationships with customers, colleagues, and partner agencies to ensure seamless and comprehensive support. \n
- Promote Participation: Encourage individuals to engage in social, educational and employment opportunities, preventing isolation and promoting self-determination. \n
- Manage Risks Effectively: Conduct thorough risk assessments and maintain professional boundaries, ensuring health, safety and compliance with safeguarding policies. \n

- Have experience of risk assessing and risk management. \n
- Be a great communicator with the ability to build rapport. \n
- Have accurate record keeping and computer skills. \n
