This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and supportive Residential Property department with a consistent flow of quality work and an excellent support structure in place.The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:\n

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n
• Remortgages
\n
• Transfers of equity
\n
• New build transactions
\n
• Shared ownership matters
\n
• Help to Buy transactions
\n

You will work closely with colleagues across the wider property team while maintaining a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process.About You To be considered, you will:\n

• Have previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
\n
• Possess excellent organisational and communication skills.
\n
• Be able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Demonstrate a client-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
\n
• Be confident building and maintaining relationships with clients and introducers.
\n
