Description

The Commercial Solicitor will be:

• Advising businesses on a broad range of commercial and corporate legal matters.
\n
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
\n
• Supporting on mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and other corporate transactions.
\n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and corporate clients.
\n
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider business services team to deliver practical and commercially focused advice.

Profile

The Commercial Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years' PQE in corporate and/or commercial law.
\n
• Experienced in handling a varied caseload of commercial contracts and corporate transactions.
\n
• Commercially minded, with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
\n
• Comfortable managing client relationships and providing pragmatic legal advice.
\n
• A proactive team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
\n
