Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy and collaborative People Services team at a multinational organisation. This is a broad generalist role supporting employees and managers throughout the full employee lifecycle, whilst providing high-quality HR advice and guidance across a range of people matters.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:

- Build strong working relationships with employees and managers across the business. \n
- Provide timely and professional HR advice on a wide range of employee relations and HR queries. \n
- Manage sickness absence reporting, analyse trends and make recommendations for improvement. \n
- Support disciplinary, grievance and capability processes. \n
- Coordinate parental leave, flexible working requests and other employee lifecycle activities. \n
- Work closely with recruitment and HR administration teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. \n
- Support employee engagement initiatives and wider HR projects. \n
- Conduct exit interviews, identify trends and provide recommendations to improve retention. \n
- Assist with HR training and people-focused initiatives across the organisation. \n
- Produce monthly HR reports and KPI data. \n
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems including Workday and ADP. \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role. \n
- Experience within a multi-site environment such as healthcare, retail, logistics or other operational businesses would be advantageous. \n
- Previous experience using Workday and/or ADP. \n
- Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with HR data and reporting. \n
- Advanced communication skills across telephone, email, virtual and face-to-face interactions. \n
- Good Excel skills and experience working with HR systems. \n
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards qualification preferred. \n
