Finance Manager

As you develop within the business, the role will evolve beyond financial control into commercial finance, giving you exposure to strategic decision-making and a genuine progression path.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end close across a portfolio of clients
\n
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts
\n
• Produce variance analysis and KPI reporting
\n
• Prepare and review VAT returns
\n
• Ensure statutory deadlines and compliance requirements are met
\n
• Build strong relationships with clients and become their day-to-day finance contact
\n
• Review reconciliations, journals and financial reporting completed by the wider team
\n
• Improve internal systems and processes using AI tools and automation
\n
• Prepare client meeting packs and support strategic finance discussions
\n

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and adding commercial value.

You'll ideally have:

• ACA or ACCA or CIMA qualified
\n
• Experience preparing management accounts and running month-end
\n
• Hands-on experience with VAT returns and year-end accounts
\n
• An interest in AI and technology, with a willingness to learn new ways of working
\n
