Location: Raynes Park

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hybrid Working: 5 days in the office or 4 days in the office + 1 day working from home

Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per annum

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing the bookkeeping requirements of a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial records and delivering a high standard of service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing bookkeeping for a diverse range of clients
\n
• Processing sales and purchase ledgers
\n
• Bank reconciliations
\n
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
\n
• Maintaining accurate financial records
\n
• Working with a variety of accounting software packages
\n
• Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
\n

About You

We're looking for someone who:

\n
• Has proven bookkeeping experience (essential)
\n
• Is confident using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or similar
\n
• Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
\n
• Can manage multiple client accounts efficiently
\n
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
\n
• Is looking for a stable, permanent position
\n
