Group Financial Accountant, Investment Manager, London, Hybrid, up to £75kAn Investment Manager are looking for a Group Financial Accountant to welcome into their Group Finance team. You will be working with a very high calibre team who are looking for a motivated individual to join the team. The firm not only offers you great visibility within the firm, but it offers great internal progression, which is one of the reasons why this role has come about. This is an exciting role for a candidate looking for their first move into industry from audit. The main responsibilities for this Group Financial Accountant role are:\n

• Ownership of the consolidation process, as well as budgeting and forecasting
\n
• Month end and financial control procedures
\n
• Ownership of internal controls, procedures, and documentation
\n
• Help support the Group Finance Manger as a business partner for cost center heads
\n
• Prepare the forecasts and annual budgets for the plc
\n
• Review the work that is prepared by the Finance graduate and Group Financial Accountant
\n
• Complete the month end for the plc and group consolidation
\n
• Prepare the corporation tax and VAT returns
\n

The successful applicant for this Group Financial Accountant role will be:\n

\n
• Qualified in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (or Equivalent) with 1 or 2 PQE
\n
• Strong IFRS and consolidation knowledge. IFRS 16 and 2 is key
\n
• You have experience of working with listed clients
\n
• Strong technical ability
\n
• Having a good attention to detail and analytical skills
\n
