We are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a busy and well-established dealership in Yeovil. This is a key position responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the workshop, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

You’ll act as the link between the workshop and front-of-house, driving performance while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop
\n
• Allocate work efficiently to Technicians to maximise productivity
\n
• Monitor workshop loading and ensure deadlines are met
\n
• Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards
\n
• Support and motivate the workshop team to achieve targets
\n
• Liaise with Service Advisors on work progress and updates
\n
• Maintain health & safety standards across the workshop
\n
• Assist with quality control and final checks where required
\n

• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician ready to step up
\n
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
\n
• Ability to manage a busy workshop environment
\n
• Excellent communication skills
\n
• Good technical knowledge across a range of vehicles
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
