\nAre you an experienced Quality, Compliance or Audit professional looking to make a real impact within a growing professional services organisation?
\nWe are seeking a Head of Quality & Compliance to lead our quality assurance and compliance function, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, regulatory compliance, and professional practice across a busy surveying and valuation operation.
\nReporting to the Senior Officer for People & Operations, you will lead the Quality Assurance team, oversee audit programmes, manage complaints and compliance activities, and take ownership of the organisation's ISO 9001 Quality Management System. This is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to influence business-wide improvements and promote a culture of quality and accountability.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the Quality Assurance team. \n
- Oversee quality assurance processes for valuation and survey reports. \n
- Manage and continuously improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. \n
- Design and deliver internal audit programmes. \n
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions are completed. \n
- Manage complaints, claims, and compliance matters. \n
- Analyse quality and audit data to identify improvement opportunities. \n
- Produce management reports and compliance updates. \n
- Support regulatory, accreditation, and due diligence requirements. \n
- Drive process improvements through technology, automation, and AI solutions. \n
About You
\nYou'll be an experienced quality, compliance, or operational excellence leader with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering high standards.
\nEssential experience:
\n- \n
- Quality assurance, compliance, audit, or quality management experience. \n
- Proven people management and leadership skills. \n
- Experience managing audit programmes and compliance activities. \n
- Strong understanding of regulated environments and quality frameworks. \n
- Complaint investigation and root cause analysis experience. \n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills. \n
- Knowledge of risk management and continuous improvement methodologies. \n
Desirable:
\n- \n
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System experience. \n
- Internal Auditor or Quality qualification. \n
- Knowledge of surveying, valuations, property services, or RICS standards. \n
- Experience supporting external audits and accreditations. \n
