About the Role As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire pupils and support their academic, social and emotional development. You will create a nurturing classroom environment, ensuring all children are challenged and supported to reach their full potential. Responsibilities include: * Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum * Assessing, monitoring and reporting on pupil progress * Creating an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment * Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners * Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents to support pupil achievement * Promoting positive behaviour and high expectations throughout the classroom Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced Primary Teacher, we would love to hear from you. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: * Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification * Has experience teaching within a UK primary school setting * Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills * Is passionate about helping every child achieve their best * Has strong communication and organisational skills * Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children * Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for one Why Join Engage Education?
