About the Role As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning by delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment. Responsibilities include: * Delivering engaging lessons across a range of year groups and subjects * Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies * Ensuring pupils remain engaged and motivated throughout the day * Providing a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment * Following school policies and procedures * Providing feedback to school staff at the end of each day Whether you're an Early Career Teacher (ECT), an experienced teacher looking for flexibility, or returning to the profession, we'd love to hear from you. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: * Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification * Has recent experience teaching in UK primary or secondary schools * Is confident delivering lessons across different year groups and subjects * Has strong classroom management skills * Is adaptable, organised and reliable * Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children * Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for one Why Join Engage Education?
