Contract Project Manager - HVAC & M&E West Yorkshire | Competitive Day Rate | Contract Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial and industrial HVAC, M&E, and Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) projects. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from design through to commissioning and handover Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams Monitor programmes, budgets, variations, and project risks Ensure compliance with H&S, quality, and client requirements Lead client meetings and provide project updates Requirements Proven Project Management experience within HVAC, Heat Pumps and M&E Strong knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps and mechanical building services Experience managing subcontractors and project budgets across a number commercial/Industrial projects Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience of Commercial and Industrial Air Source Heat pump and M&E/HVAC installation projects is essential Desirable HNC/HND or Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering SMSTS & CSCS Manager Card IOSH/NEBOSHLong-term contract opportunity delivering high-profile HVAC, decarbonisation, and renewable energy projects.
