Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled MuleSoft Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions within the Energy & Utilities domain . This is an individual contributor role requiring hands-on expertise across the full integration lifecyclefrom design and documentation to deployment and incident handling.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & ArchitectureDesign scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint PlatformDefine API-led connectivity architecture and integration patternsCollaborate with enterprise architects and business stakeholdersDevelopment & ImplementationDevelop APIs and integrations connecting Salesforce, Powercloud , and SAP, Azure & AWSBuild, test, and deploy Mule applications using best practicesImplement data transformation, orchestration, and real-time/event-driven integrationsDocumentationCreate and maintain detailed technical design documents, API specifications, and integration flowsEnsure proper documentation for maintainability and knowledge transferDeployment & OperationsManage CI/CD pipelines and deployment across environmentsMonitor system performance and ensure high availability like splunkExperience on Git, AWS S3, Secret Manager, Custom API Gateway Policies, Confluence, Kafka, MQ etc is good.Support & Incident ManagementHandle production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixesProvide L2/L3 support for integration-related incidentsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4)Proven hands-on expertise in:API design (RAML/OpenAPI)DataWeave transformationsREST/SOAP integrationsExperience integrating with:Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud)Powercloud (utility billing systems)SAP (IS-U / legacy billing systems preferred)Solid understanding of Energy & Utilities business processes (metering, billing, customer management, etc.)Experience in end-to-end integration lifecycle (design ? development ? deployment ? support)Strong troubleshooting and debugging skillsTeam player working with multiple vendorsPreferred QualificationsExperience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, etc.)Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesMuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer / Integration Architect )TPBN1_UKTJ
