Senior Legal Cashier

In doing this, youwill also be there to help drivebest practiceand supportyour otherteam members with technical guidance when needed. Your Senior Cashier role will also see you work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Partners, fee earners and support colleagues).AsSenior LegalCashier, your new role will involve:Processingclient account payments, receipts and transfersProcessing office account payments, journals and receiptsCalculating and processing client to office transfer dailyDaily bank reconciliationsEnsuring full compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules (SARs), AML regulationsMonitoring finance team inboxes and ensuring queries are dealt with efficientlyEnsuring incoming funds and transactions meet AML and source of funds requirementsMaintaining audit trails and escalating compliance issuesI am interested in speaking with candidates who specifically have experience working as a Senior Legal Cashier or Legal Cashier , and who have strong technical knowledge and understanding ofSolicitors Accounts Rules (SARs) and the processing of client and office account transactions .Salary for this position is £38,000 to £40,000 p.a.
