About DFS:It takes a whole lot of passion to be at the centre of what makes a house feel like home and thats just what we do at DFS.Were the leading sofa retail specialist in the UK, helping people find a comfy seat on their great quality sofas since 1969.About the role:As a Production Operative in our Kitting team at our Lincoln House Woodmill, you'll be a key part of the manufacturing process, ensuring our production teams have everything they need to build the quality sofa frames that form the foundation of every DFS sofa.You'll accurately pick and prepare timber, CNC-machined components, fixings and other materials, creating complete kits that are delivered to the right production area at the right time. By keeping materials organised and readily available, you'll help production run efficiently, minimise delays and maintain the high standards of quality we're known for.Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across the Woodmill, maintain accurate stock levels, and ensure your work area remains safe, clean and organised.
