You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.Pay & Hours: Rate of Pay: £13.70 per hourHours: 33 hours per weekShift Pattern: Rota-based, covering 7 days (Weekend Availability Required).The Role:As a Care Support Worker, you will support our services users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs. Has a strong background in delivering high levels of emotional careHas essential experience working with individuals living with a learning disabilityIs confident in maintaining accurate documentation and care plansIs flexible, reliable, and a true team playerSupporting residents with daily tasks to maintain independenceProviding personal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene)Assisting with meals and hydrationObserving and recording physical and emotional wellbeingPromoting dignity, respect, and quality of lifeSupporting with mobility and safe transfersEngaging in activities and building meaningful relationshipsMaintaining up-to-date, accurate recordsReporting any safeguarding concernsFull training is provided, so if you're new to the care sector but have the right values, we'll support you every step of the way.Rewards & Benefits:We believe great work deserves great rewards.
