What we create together matters.The roleThe Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager will develop, implement and maintain the Sterling Thermal Technology (STT) Quality Management System (QMS), lead relationships with the customers quality teams and compliance authorities.Who you will interact withLead the NCR (Root Cause Analysis) Process producing key analysis metricsMaintain Company proceduresLead Audits with support of wider Quality teamMaintain a high standard of ISO 9001 accreditationReview existing sub-cons (with Procurement) and audit the new sub-consSupport wider Quality team on ASME manualPerson SpecificationLeadership: Ability to motivate and guide wider STT when/if requiredGrowth Mindset: Seeks continuous improvement and process improvement, using LEAN and CI tools where requiredCollaborative: Works effectively with wider Quality team, Engineering, Production and Finance teamsResilient: Pragmatic problem-solver in a hands-on environmentQualificationsDesirable:Bachelors degree in STEM subject or equivalent5+ years in senior quality roleExperience PED, ASME VIII and welding standards or equivalentExperience of fabrication/metalwork processesEssential:Experience of ISO 9001Experience in senior quality role within high regulation industryKey results areas:Ensure accreditation reviews, internal and external audits are planned and delivered on timeMonitor and support delivery of root cause and corrective actions in a timely mannerWork with wider Quality team (Quality Manager) that their skills matrix is maintained and deliver development and improvement plans in line with agreed standardsHow we'll support youThe training and development needs of this position will be determined in consultation with the Department ManagerBenefits Package25 days holiday + bank holidaysLife assurancePensionHealth cash planOn-site parkingOn-site electric charging pointsSocial eventsSeasonal flu jabsClosing Date: Friday 31st July 2026TPBN1_UKTJ
