Personal Injury Solicitor

Title: EL/PL Solicitor Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)

An award-winning international law firm is looking to recruit a Defendant EL/PL Solicitor to join its growing insurance litigation team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-profile litigation.

The Opportunity

You will manage a varied caseload of complex employers' and public liability claims, with a particular focus on stress at work, bullying, harassment and abuse matters. Acting for blue light organisations, public sector bodies and major insurer clients, you will work on technically challenging and often sensitive cases alongside recognised experts in defendant insurance litigation. This role offers exceptional quality work, genuine career progression and the opportunity to establish yourself within a growing national team.

About You

You will be a qualified Solicitor with a strong background in defendant EL/PL litigation. Experience handling complex or high-value liability claims is essential, ideally including stress, harassment, abuse or public sector matters. Experience acting for emergency services or blue light clients would be advantageous.
